Key Responsibilities

  • •Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts to the highest standards.
  • •Manage proceedings with professionalism, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and adherence to procedural rules in your jurisdiction.
  • •Mark and manage exhibits.
  • •Collaborate with our operations team as needed for scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Georgia Certified Court Reporter (CCR) certificate from the Georgia Board of Court Reporting is required.
  • •Proven ability to deliver accurate transcripts on deadline.
  • •Expertise with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse) and related digital tools.
  • •Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-service mindset when working with attorneys, witnesses, and clients.
  • •Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
