Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating daily activities across the customer’s GC, GC-managed subcontractors, and Armada trades.
  • •Develop and enforce integrated site logistics plans, look-ahead schedules, and work sequencing across multiple concurrent trade crews.
  • •Chair or participate in coordination meetings (OAC meetings, trade stacking, and site safety huddles) and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule.
  • •Coordinate with the Commissioning Authority (CxA) to align construction completion with the commissioning sequence; manage turnover packages and system-by-system readiness.
  • •Enforce safety, quality, and compliance; track closure of punch lists/RFIs/deficiencies; maintain site reporting and provide RFS readiness updates and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of construction site management experience, including 3+ years in mission-critical, data center, or industrial startup/commissioning environments.
  • •Track record coordinating multi-trade, multi-stakeholder sites from substantial completion through commissioning to occupancy/RFS.
  • •Working knowledge of data center MEP systems (electrical distribution/switchgear, UPS, generators, cooling plants, BMS/EPMS controls) to coordinate startup sequencing with the CxA and trades.
  • •Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (e.g., ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1–5 commissioning) and ability to translate commissioning requirements into field execution plans.
  • •Strong scheduling acumen using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar; manage look-ahead schedules across GC and subcontractor crews.
