Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of 5–7 QA specialists, prioritizing workloads and monitoring performance against quality KPIs.
  • •Conduct quality audits and second-level reviews, ensure consistent quality governance, and act as the escalation point for complex methodology disputes.
  • •Run calibration sessions to align monitoring results and resolve disagreements about evaluation methodology.
  • •Identify recurring mistakes and systemic quality issues, prepare quality insights and action plans, and support new QA methodologies and process updates.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Content Management, Policy, Automation/Product, and Analytics to implement improvements and share quality insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in customer support, quality assurance, or operational excellence.
  • •Proven experience in quality monitoring, evaluations, and calibration processes.
  • •Experience coaching, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, monitoring methodologies, and calibration standards.
  • •Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills to present findings and drive improvements.
