Job Summary

Lead channel and customer marketing strategy for Honeywell Building Automation across the ASEAN & East Asia region. Own annual planning inputs (STRAP), portfolio and growth initiatives, and drive customer acquisition through digital marketing and connected sales/technology efforts. Provide sales enablement with product knowledge, market insights, and competitive intelligence, while tracking performance against targets and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the STRAP annual strategy planning process, performing portfolio analysis and assessment to identify revenue and growth plans by market and product segments.
•Drive growth by enabling Annual Operating Plan delivery and accelerating the vertical and connected strategy in the region.
•Provide sales enablement to regional sales and customer marketing teams, including product knowledge, differentiators/USPs, and maintaining a knowledge portal; support demand planning.
•Develop market understanding and insights by building a market network, tracking competition and pricing ranges, and using intelligence to introduce schemes and benefits to drive revenue.
•Own end-to-end customer marketing for acquisition and engagement, improve and build channels via digital marketing, and recruit/build a strong team with succession and engagement focus.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably with complex, long sales cycles and exposure to end customers and channels, plus 3–5 years in a marketing management position.
•Track record of meeting/exceeding targets and developing GTM strategies.
•Experience in marketing with channels to end-users and complex buying ecosystems.
•Consulting experience with a top consulting firm combined with B2B experience (preferred).
•Experience working cross-functionally with product lines, projects, and marketing; engineering or business degree preferred.
