Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect shipments: unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure required processes are met.
  • •Fulfill orders by accurately picking work orders and ensuring products are properly identified, labeled, packaged, and documented.
  • •Manage inventory by tracking levels in Excel/warehouse management systems, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and improving material workflows.
  • •Generate and update inventory reports in Excel to support management decision-making and process improvements.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator or equivalent role.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • •Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
  • •Familiar with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) or equivalent office management tools.
  • •Forklift/crane license(s), valid drivers license, and ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
