Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and record employee absences in internal systems such as iObeya and Kronos, coordinating corrective actions and reporting.
  • •Support performance management by collecting quarterly performance metrics and preparing reports for supervisor follow-ups.
  • •Assist with recognition and organizational culture programs, including employee orientations, registering nominations, and coordinating supervisor recognition activities.
  • •Prepare agendas and minutes for roundtable meetings and handle departmental meeting logistics and conference room setup.
  • •Perform other role-related tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • •Preferred experience related to Human Resources, recognition programs, and attendance management.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Intermediate English and effective communication and teamwork skills.
