Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and personalize instruction for students.
  • •Differentiate instruction based on student mastery and augment course content using prescribed asynchronous and synchronous tools.
  • •Monitor student progress in Stride K12’s learning management system, maintain gradebook, and support placement/promotion decisions.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and regularly communicate with students, families, and learning coaches.
  • •Travel occasionally (on average once per month / approximately 20%) for face-to-face professional development and student testing as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree AND an Active state teaching license.
  • •Florida residency requirements.
  • •Florida 5 Year Professional 5-9 OR 6-12 English Certificate with Reading Endorsement and ESOL Endorsement.
  • •Ability to clear required background check.
  • •Ability to work independently typically 40+ hours per week in a professional home office setting.
