Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant technical experience, or an Associate’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline with 2 years of relevant experience (or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support II at First Solar).
  • •Ability to perform sample testing and semiconductor device fabrication, including electrical or optical measurements.
  • •Ability to learn operation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of lab and process equipment and systems.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and some knowledge of SQL and JMP.
  • •Ability to execute experiments efficiently and effectively with high fidelity and communicate regularly with associates.
