Supervise prepared foods production to maintain high output, quality, and yield while ensuring a safe working environment. Lead hiring, training, retention, and counseling; manage staffing and workstation readiness before start-up; and oversee processing operations, daily production orders, record keeping, inventory rotation, and product coding. Ensure machinery performance and successful USDA inspections, promote daily and monthly safety practices, and collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems.

•Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling team members, and educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
•Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
•Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production start-up.
•Ensure machinery performs correctly and workstations pass USDA inspection.
•Oversee processing operations and promote daily safety through monthly safety meetings, providing continuous education on quality.

Key Requirements
