Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and develop new diagnostic tests and debug procedures for next-generation products using high-speed networks and signals.
  • •Debug complex interactions between HW, FW, and SW during system power-up and boot on faulty boards.
  • •Drive DFx compliance for robust signal integrity performance across layout and mechanical/assembly factors.
  • •Develop and deliver test specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to achieve required HW coverage, quality, and product requirements.
  • •Optimize and continuously improve production screen spec definition processes to minimize waste and meet yield and DPPM requirements, supporting partner and quality teams during issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of meaningful industry experience.
  • •Strong EE fundamentals including digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture.
  • •Experience planning and developing diagnostic tests, debug procedures, and production screen processes for complex hardware products.
  • •Ability to analyze and optimize cost and quality metrics related to test coverage, yield, and DPPM requirements.
