Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and execute recruitment strategies
  • •Be the first point of contact for the business area/line managers
  • •Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activities including direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding
  • •Work proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans
  • •Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
