Staff Engineer, Autonomy (R5179)

Design and build real-world autonomy capabilities for uncrewed aircraft, working at the intersection of AI, task & motion planning, and controls. Develop autonomy behaviors, leverage real sensor data for robust sensor fusion, and validate systems through high-fidelity software/hardware in-the-loop simulations. Integrate autonomy products with third-party aircraft and collaborate across AI, robotics, and systems engineering while contributing to architecture, code quality, design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
