Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
  • •Complete additional training as recommended by the manager during or after the program.
  • •Participate in business rotations and work on projects and business-as-usual activities while meeting rotational managers’ expectations.
  • •Perform special projects or assignments outside the formalized training program as assigned.
