Visual Manager - Somerset Collection

Lead visual and product strategy for the store, ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready through effective visual merchandising and constant presence on the floor. Oversee operational and visual processes, champion visual standards using business performance data, and plan visual floor changes with payroll and merchandising needs in mind. Partner with store leadership on budgeting, reporting, KPIs, and quarterly sales planning, while leading and coaching the Visual team.
