Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact, answering student/staff/provider queries promptly and recognising when issues must be referred elsewhere.
  • •Provide administrative support across the teaching and learning cycle, including tasks such as recording attendance, supporting exams, and supporting student progression, placements, and graduation.
  • •Regularly communicate relevant information to students, staff, and external providers.
  • •Use complex university systems and processes to collate, interpret, and report on sets of data.
  • •Support event planning/delivery and contribute to reviews of administrative processes and committee secretarial services as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Some professional experience in similar administrator roles.
  • •GCSEs (or equivalent) at minimum grade C/4 in English and Mathematics.
