Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute regional strategies to onboard high-performing partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding.
  • •Implement frameworks to monitor quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness, and address performance gaps with partners.
  • •Align local manufacturing capacity with global demand to optimize lead times and costs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to fulfill domestic and global demand.
  • •Lead and mentor a data-driven regional team and advocate for the partner ecosystem internally.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years total experience, including 2–3 years of strategy consulting and 3–5 years in supply network management or B2B marketplace leadership.
  • •Hands-on experience scaling supplier networks in India with operational knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal.
  • •Proven track record managing and developing cross-functional operational or supplier management teams.
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in local Indian languages is a plus.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
