Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all aspects of reporting, time, cost, risk, and scope management for MEP project matters in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • •Lead the team managing cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, and construction management through completion and handover.
  • •Ensure on-programme, on-cost, and on-quality delivery across shell and core, and fit-out phases as required.
  • •Undertake project control functions including project reporting, risk, cost, and schedule; track cost, programme, and quality and issue monthly formal reports to the Employer.
  • •Manage coordination and communications between stakeholders, prepare presentations/reports for stage sign-off or milestones, and maintain weekly photographic records of progress.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or similar.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing/industrial, and project management work on major data center projects with MEP delivery.
  • •Experience and knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Primavera P6 or MS-Office (including MS-Project Management).
