Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador—building client relationships, driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Execute daily tasks like inventory processing and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and following asset protection and retail policies.
