Conduct downhole equipment monitoring, testing, and diagnostics to maximize productivity and run life, provide training and technical guidance, complete job documentation, and support global rotational assignments requiring extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead installation and retrieval operations for AccessESP retrievable ESP systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore locations.
•Lead field crews and supervise technical service activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
•Participate in pre-job planning and prepare operational requirements for field assignments.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and test downhole ESP equipment and downhole monitoring tools to maximize productivity and equipment run life.
•Provide on-site Artificial Lift technical representation, including customer communication and operational coordination, plus documentation and post-job debriefs.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience or equivalent technical background.
•Extensive experience running Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, Artificial Lift equipment, or related downhole technologies.
•Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities and analytical skills diagnosing ESP performance issues.
•Ability to work safely in offshore environments and willingness to travel extensively for long-duration rotational assignments globally.
