Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage dealer financing application processing from application to closing, ensuring conditions for closing are met.
  • •Verify, research, and document dealer information (including insurance records, credit reports, and registration documents) and resolve inconsistencies.
  • •Maintain complete, accurate loan documentation and comply with company and regulatory policy requirements (including BSA/AML and OFAC).
  • •Provide timely customer and dealer support via phone, email, and correspondence, acting as a liaison between clients, sales, and Credit Managers.
  • •Track and update documentation within company software, scan/upload documents, assemble applicant folders, and prepare required reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service; financial industry experience preferred.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, be detail-oriented, and take initiative.
  • •Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel; ability to operate standard office equipment.
