Job Summary

Lead the Gretna Crocs/HEYDUDE store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and checkout processes. Act as brand ambassador, ensure store readiness, coach the team, and coordinate tasks with Store Manager to execute on brand initiatives and store performance.

•Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
•Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 24.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older. 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles. Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position. Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment. Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results.
