Job Summary

Area Manager for Mashreq Gold Client Coverage leads an integrated sales team to drive Mashreq Gold acquisition and retention, monitors performance and productivity, identifies business opportunities, coaches and mentors RMs, hires and develops talent, and ensures CX improvements. Collaborates with Planning, Compliance, product, credit and CX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for Mashreq Gold clients across UAE.

Key Responsibilities

•Drives Mashreq Gold acquisition and retention strategies; leads and mentors RMs to execute plans and achieve targets
•Oversees sales and service targets by centre in line with UAE budget and conducts regular business reviews
•Manages end-to-end client engagement from opportunity planning to negotiation and deal close to ensure efficient processes
•Collaborates with stakeholders across Mashreq Gold (planning, support, product advisory, compliance, credit, CX) to deliver integrated solutions
•Defines goals/KPIs for team members and ensures implementation of performance management processes; develops talent and ensures resource optimization

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study is required
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking/Financial services across Priority banking products sales, preferably at least 3 years in a similar role
•SCA Qualified
