Key Responsibilities

  • •Set priorities with stakeholders and maintain a single agreed backlog.
  • •Own the delivery pipeline end to end from prioritized backlog to verified release.

  • •Translate priorities into precise, developer-ready technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally and take direct ownership of initiatives without a dedicated owner to drive completion.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a Project Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery/Project Lead on a live software product.
  • •Experience writing technical tasks and specs engineers execute without back-and-forth.
  • •Experience running agile delivery end to end (backlog management, sprints, releases).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build processes, checklists, and quality standards (not just follow them).
  • •Advanced, daily use of AI tools and command of task-management tooling (Jira, Linear, Notion, or equivalent).
