  • •Own end-to-end customer delivery, including BAU activities, upgrades, migrations, and issue resolution.
  • •Ensure SLA-compliant, high-quality outputs by collaborating with product, infrastructure, database, and analytics teams.
  • •Drive automation initiatives and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analyses for complex data integration and analytics issues, ensuring timely preventive measures.

Key Requirements
