Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, following required policies and training.
  • •Load and unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work required shift hours (11am–9pm) and be available 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • •Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
  • •Pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • •Must be able to perform physically demanding loading/unloading and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and read/write/speak/understand English.
