Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult business partners on OTC process and solution design for Wholesale, Retail, and e-commerce.
  • •Partner with tech teams to design, develop, and implement new functionalities for the S/4 Fashion template.
  • •Manage cross-functional, cross-department relationships and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Provide regular feedback to continuously improve working and delivery approaches.
  • •Support continuous improvement and rollout activities across project phases, including training, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare support.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery, with experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods as a plus.
  • •Strong execution skills with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
  • •Very good knowledge of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce business processes and relevant technology (preferably footwear and apparel).
  • •Analytical and technical skills focused on ERP and OTC/Retail/E-com processes, preferably SAP S/4.
  • •Good understanding of POS-ERP integration; experience with SAP CAR is a plus.
