Senior Manager Business Processes OTC

Lead OTC (order-to-cash) business process solution design for PUMA’s Wholesale, Retail, and e-commerce functions, partnering with business stakeholders and tech teams. Own evaluation and timely delivery of business demands, collaborating on the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities that will be part of the S/4 Fashion template. Drive continuous improvement across project phases, including training, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare support.
