Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full lifecycle of complex server deployment projects in large-scale data centers, from planning and execution through closing.
  • •Develop and manage server deployment schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to deliver milestones and objectives on time.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams including Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Data Center Development.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication.
  • •Evaluate server performance and infrastructure, then recommend improvements and upgrades; develop and refine monitoring and reporting processes for capacity and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Proven technical program management experience focused on server deployment and capacity planning in large-scale data centers, including success leading complex multi-site projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and advanced data analytics.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across teams and executive stakeholders.
  • •Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders; cross-region deployment experience is advantageous.
