•Pull deep insights from data and create compelling presentations to tell client stories.
•Foster long-term relationships with client organizations and act as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints.
•Deliver mid to large complexity projects as a team member with zero re-work and high-quality output.
•Manage small to mid complexity projects by coordinating planning and execution to deliver on time.
•Contribute to thought leadership through content development, research, and client-facing events; support business development by understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions.

Key Requirements

•Ability to translate people data into meaningful insights and compelling client-ready stories.
•Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.
•Strong analytical skills, including visualization of large datasets to drive insights and reporting quality.
•Graduates from related disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration.
•Project and client relationship management with a commitment to ongoing learning.
