Director, Global IT Commercial, Sourcing and Vendor Management

Lead global IT commercial management by setting strategy and governance for vendor and contract management. Drive major technology procurement and renewals, negotiate pricing/SLAs and risk provisions, and oversee contract lifecycle planning. Partner with Finance to manage IT budgets and deliver cost savings through software licensing, cloud consumption, and third-party services optimization. Manage supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, and continuous improvement, while supporting risk, compliance, and SOX reviews.
