Job Summary

Assist designated machine operators and production teams with day-to-day manufacturing support, including equipment operation, cleanup, yard and warehouse tasks, and material handling. Handle repetitive/sequential assignments, operate tools and machinery such as bagging/sealer machines, forklifts, palletizers, and powered vehicles as needed. Support truck loading and unloading while maintaining safe, debris-free work areas and performing related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist designated machine operators or production team across maintenance, cleanup, yard, warehouse, production, utilities, and material handling tasks.
•Handle repetitive and/or sequential assignments to complete assigned tasks.
•Operate machinery and equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors, or vehicles.
•Clean up machinery and conveyors, maintain surrounding areas, and keep equipment free of debris during downtime.
•Assist in loading/unloading of trucks and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
•Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs from ground level, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
