Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop client relationships in the Banking sector in the UK, including client servicing, identifying new opportunities and onboarding new clients.
  • •Lead client advisory projects including competitive market positioning, trends, executive compensation benchmarks, incentive review/design, workforce planning, job architecture and job grading, market practice studies.
  • •Conduct market research and analysis to inform reward strategies and compensation studies for banking clients.
  • •Develop and implement client reward strategies that align with business strategy and connect with the broader Banking network for reward and HR heads.
  • •Organise events (roundtables, webinars) and sector-specific studies; manage risks and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified, preferably in a numerate discipline or equivalent.
  • •Excellent analytical skills with Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • •Proven and accurate data analysis and modelling capabilities.
  • •Strong verbal and written presentation skills; ability to communicate risk and insights clearly.
  • •Fluent in English; ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
