Key Responsibilities

•Drive customer experience by establishing strong relationships with customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent service; advocate Sephora Beauty Pass to help customers discover its benefits; introduce customers to our eCommerce platform to increase conversion and repeat purchases; meet sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending products across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care.
•Deliver beauty excellence by assisting customers with product testing and performing basic beauty services across all categories.
•Maintain operational excellence by keeping the store tidy and well-stocked, ensuring products are in good sellable condition, participating in inventory control to reduce loss, and operating cashier functions professionally.
•Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to achieving store goals.
•Stay updated on trends and provide feedback to optimize in-store displays and customer engagement.

Key Requirements

•Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers
•Knowledge of current beauty trends and products
•Prior experience in retail or service industries (a plus)
•Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask, comfortable with store systems
•Flexible availability to work mall retail hours
