Oversee the technical delivery of AV integration projects end to end—reviewing preliminary design documents and contracts, finalizing engineering documentation (BOM, drawings, infrastructure requirements, and network coordination), and supporting submittal and closeout packages. During installation and commissioning, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with commissioning and programming teams, and support field teams through accurate handoffs. Includes required travel to job sites, sometimes with short notice.

•Finalize design documentation including BOM, drawings, infrastructure requirements, and network coordination for installation and commissioning.

•Prepare technical closeout documentation, including as-built drawings and programming files, and assist with commissioning guides and checklists.

•Perform calculations (heat and power, and structural needs) and finalize the Bill of Materials by auditing/approving line items.
•Provide DSP system programming and control system troubleshooting experience (e.g., AMX/Crestron/Q-SYS) and use test plan concepts to report issues.
•Applicants must have full working rights in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available.
