Job Summary

Drive investment direction and product strategy for RF test products and systems across aerospace, defense, and government markets. Monitor technology and government spending trends, analyze TAM/SAM opportunities, develop offering objectives and end-to-end business plans, and lead design of differentiated products and customer experiences. Collaborate with sales, business development, product management, R&D, and technology partners to define roadmaps, manage offerings in-market, track KPIs, and deliver financial results.

•Monitor technology trends and assess their impact on cutting-edge applications and emerging threats.
•Track government program spending, especially RDT&E activities, and translate signals into product opportunities.
•Analyze TAM/SAM to assess and define new market spaces and develop product and offering objectives.
•Lead design of differentiated product and offering and customer experience, and develop end-to-end business plans.
•Manage products and offerings in-market, establish leading/lagging performance indicators, and deliver financial results.

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another technology-related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
