Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead the team to deliver network automation and orchestration products.
  • •Own end-to-end design and development artifacts, including code and unit/integration test cases.
  • •Drive best-in-class engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development and design principles.
  • •Develop epics, stories, and tasks and collaborate across teams for complete solution integration.
  • •Make architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable implementations while establishing technical standards and mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech or equivalent in CS/EEE/ECE.
  • •Complete exposure to the product life cycle and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Microservices-based architecture experience and hands-on work with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s), and Helm charts.
  • •Strong coding/debugging in Java or Golang with Linux proficiency, advanced data structures, and IPC/multithreading knowledge.
  • •Experience with data modeling and networking/orchestration tooling, including YANG/UML/JSON and messaging/database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
