Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead informal team of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management to overdeliver key metrics.
  • •Drive alignment between planning and other supply chain & commercial teams to support significant growth.
  • •Optimize internal processes to improve S&OP process maturity to level 4.
  • •“Conduct the orchestra” across the end-to-end supply chain, partnering with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and others.
  • •Facilitate the 5-step S&OP/IBP process for rolling 24–36 months and ensure effective S&OE exists for immediate term.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory/material management.
  • •Proven track record leading a 5-step S&OP process for commercial business.
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • •Demonstrated transformational leadership experience in accelerating growth and dynamic M&A environments.
