Technical Operations Engineer

Deploy and support integrated hardware-software imaging systems for customers, including planning deployments, running pre-deployment site surveys, and troubleshooting issues in real time. Serve as a subject matter expert for Imaging families of products, author training and operational documentation, and maintain high availability and performance. Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations leads to unblock cross-team projects, configure systems, and communicate field issue status and recommendations.
