Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (e.g., DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs) and advise clients on consenting requirements.
  • •Coordinate preparation and submission of consent applications under relevant planning regimes and manage consenting delivery.
  • •Deliver project management including budgetary control, desk studies, research, data management, and report writing.
  • •Manage and develop the GCC Infrastructure Planning team, setting roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations to deliver within time and budget.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement, champion innovation and adoption of new tools/processes, and support HOD/team leader with resource planning, risk management, and governance/quality reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level qualification in Town Planning (or relevant field) and a post-graduate qualification in Urban Planning (or relevant subject).
  • •More than 15 years’ experience in planning (preferably UK/Australia/related region).
  • •Member of (or eligible for) the RTPI.
  • •Successful delivery track record on large infrastructure projects in multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Technical expertise in urban/town planning policies, practices, legislation, and understanding of environment impact assessment.
