Job Summary

Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting (PA&R) designs, implements, and enhances Power BI dashboards and AI-enabled insights for HR leadership. You’ll own data from SAP HCM, BI tools, Snowflake, and governance processes, partner with HR and IT teams, and help operationalize AI-driven analytics and prompt-based self-service while ensuring accuracy, security, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR leadership and business partners
•Evolve dashboards toward AI-assisted insights, including prompt engineering and self-service interfaces
•Collaborate with PA&R Consulting, Data & Analytics, IT, and HR to ensure data architecture and governance supporting accurate insights
•Lead end-to-end project management for analytics requests, including requirements gathering and testing
•Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and change management communications for end-users

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, psychology, or related field with focus on data analysis
•1+ year of experience in data handling (e.g., report writing, data analysis, research) and using Power BI, Tableau or other BI tool
•Experience providing SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse system support (troubleshooting, testing)
•Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
