Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform TCAD device simulation for device reliability optimization

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

  • •Strong analytical and programming skills (Python, MATLAB)
