Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick and deliver necessary materials to appropriate workstations efficiently and respond to internal material delivery requests.
  • •Use PPE accurately and consistently (e.g., safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, uniform as required).
  • •Receive daily assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager and follow Standard Operating Procedures as the base.
  • •Report deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment, etc.) to Digital Status Boards immediately and explain/propose solutions in Daily Status Board meetings.
  • •Cross-train in multiple pick units, participate in 5S routines, and use downtime to learn processes and drive improvements; safely operate forklifts and manlifts as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience and 2+ years of experience in Materials.
  • •Basic desktop computer skills.

  • •Forklift operation certification preferred. Overhead crane experience preferred.
