Lead the day-to-day operations of the Back of House department, keeping stockroom standards, processes, and efficiencies running smoothly. Coach and develop an operational team, drive inventory accuracy, replenishment, and shrink prevention, and use operational KPIs to improve productivity and stock availability. Ensure health & safety compliance through risk management and floor audits, and support planning for trading periods, launches, and promotions.
