Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage cost estimates, feasibility studies, budgets, and detailed cost plans across all project stages.
  • •Advise on design development and support cost optimization/ value engineering exercises for CSA and MEP packages.
  • •Manage procurement and tender activities, including tender documentation, commercial evaluations, and contractor negotiations.
  • •Control post-contract costs by managing variations, change orders, compensation events, contractor claims, and interim valuations.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, monitor financial performance, and support final account negotiations and project close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accreditation (MRICS, AIQS, CIQS, or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
  • •Strong experience managing both CSA and MEP packages on construction projects.
  • •Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, data centre, or mission-critical facility projects is highly preferred.
