(MEP/CSA) Cost Manager (Advance Manufacturing)

Lead end-to-end cost management for advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and high-tech facility projects, managing both MEP and CSA commercial packages. Own cost planning, feasibility, budgeting, benchmarking, value engineering, procurement/tender evaluation, and post-contract cost control including variations, claims, valuations, and final account close-out. Produce monthly cost and cash-flow reporting, manage cost risks, and support stakeholders from design through construction and project close-out.
