Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful OTOCOQ delivery for multiple projects concurrently and achieve project objectives for both AHUK and the customer.
  • •Manage project risks and opportunities to benefit the customisation team.
  • •Provide strong leadership and professional project management across multiple workstreams to ensure project success.
  • •Implement and develop AHUK PMO processes, methodologies, and tools, acting as a role model for PMO best practice.
  • •Ensure schedule and cost control using Customisation KPIs (SPI & CPI) and manage variance to time/cost/quality while reporting progress and key risks/opportunities to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record delivering successful engineering/aerospace projects.
  • •Current SC clearance is a must-have, and you will require DBS security clearance and be eligible for SC clearance.
  • •Formal project management training at practitioner level (APMP, Prince 2, etc.).
  • •Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams and structuring/planning/delivering complex projects with project controls.
  • •Knowledge of EASA, UK CAA and UK MAA regulations.
