Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment between partner objectives and Tether priorities.
  • •Design and execute growth projects with blockchain partners to drive adoption of Tether assets via real-world use cases.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams.
  • •Track, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness, improving execution efficiency and partner outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology.
  • •Strong track record managing high-impact, strategic growth projects from concept through execution.
  • •Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Ability to track, manage, and optimize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • •Cross-functional experience (e.g., expansion, economics, marketing, or product) in a remote, global environment.
