Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct current state analysis of tools, practices, and security posture; deliver DORA-based maturity and security maturity assessment reports.
  • •Perform gap analysis and create phased DevSecOps action plans and roadmaps to bridge identified gaps.
  • •Design and implement a DevSecOps target operating model, including policies, standards, governance, and roles/responsibilities.
  • •Establish secure CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps and integrate Shift-Left security practices into the pipeline and release governance.
  • •Drive cultural transformation by leading change initiatives, coaching the client’s team, and developing training and awareness materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience conducting DevOps maturity assessments (DORA) and defining target operating models (TOM) for enterprise or government clients.
  • •Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
  • •Strong knowledge of Vault for secrets management, including secure access control and secret rotation.
  • •Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM), plus scripting (Shell).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change, mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and produce strategic documentation (roadmaps, frameworks, gap analysis reports).
