Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale the engineering organization from 40 to 80+ people while protecting velocity, code quality, and culture; serve as both operational leader and technical leader.
  • •Design an operating system with planning cadence, sprint structure, and decision-making processes that stay fast but rigorous enough to surface risks early.
  • •Build technical leadership across the organization by creating coordination rhythms and clear growth paths for engineers.
  • •Eliminate operational friction by identifying and solving the top bottlenecks slowing the team down within the first six months.
  • •Own delivery on major cross-team initiatives, defining success metrics, tracking progress weekly, and managing dependencies and risks.
