Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transportation design projects from concept development through final design and construction support.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client communication.
  • •Oversee preparation of roadway geometrics, plans, profiles, exhibits, technical analyses, cost estimates, and RFC packages.
  • •Ensure all deliverables meet quality, safety, and professional standards.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams across Planning, Environmental, Roadway, Structures, Drainage, and Traffic.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transportation engineering and roadway design

  • •Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation/OpenRoads, and related design tools
  • •Experience with local public agencies, NDOT, and municipal clients
