Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, track, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly Payment and Sales Plans, providing regular progress updates.
  • •Monitor and align delivery lead time versus customer request date lead time, and manage CRD revisions per capacity to support flexibility targets.
  • •Generate weekly and monthly CS progress reports and performance review materials across key metrics (sales, productivity, flexibility, conversions, accuracy, payment vs CRD, error rates, and load management).
  • •Conduct monthly Gemba walks and operational audits to ensure adherence to SOP metrics for both the CS team and Operations Planners.
  • •Identify and implement automation solutions to eliminate order processing bottlenecks, and facilitate daily/ad-hoc alignment calls and ad-hoc tasks including database mapping based on KPI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • •2-4 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Reporting role.
  • •Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • •Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
