Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and records. Deliver strong customer service by identifying client needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling. Cross-train to assist sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, serve as secondary contact for new account openings, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
